Hi Hollis & Son,

Most websites go stale because nobody has time to keep them up. A plan means you never have to think about it. You don't have to choose one now. You can add a plan at any time.
Whichever plan you choose, you get my support by email or text.
Your website stays up, safe and fast. You never have to think about it.
Easy to find on Google Maps, and the obvious one to choose.
Send me photos, videos or a few words any time. I'll do the rest.
Plans start the day your site goes live. One month's notice to stop, any time, no reason needed. Paying yearly? Change your mind within the first 30 days and you'll get your money back, less one month's fee. After that, your plan simply runs to the end of the year you've paid for, and your site and files are still yours whenever you want them.
For a lot of your customers, your Google listing is the only thing they'll ever look at.
If you'd rather not spend your evenings keeping it up to date, fixing holiday hours and answering reviews, Complete takes all of that off your hands. If you're happy to look after your Google listing yourself, the Essentials plan is all you need to choose.
It's the box that appears when someone searches your name, and the pin on Google Maps. It's where your phone number, your hours and your star rating live.
Someone searching "mechanic near me" taps your pin and calls you, often without ever seeing your website. If the number or the hours are incorrect, that call goes to the next shop.
The site, the content, the design and the data are yours from day one, forever.
No "built by" in your footer, no link back to me. It's your website, not my advert.
$495 means $495. No hidden extras and no surprise bills.
One month's notice, no reason required, no questions asked. You'll get all your files and data.
Pay $495, and pick a plan if you want one.
Anything you'd like changed or added: hours, services, photos. It gets done.
Without a plan, the new site goes onto your current web host. With a plan, your web address is pointed to my hosting. Either way, you choose when it happens.
Your new site is up. No mess, no fuss, that's it. If you chose a plan, it starts that day.
None of these extras are needed for your site to work perfectly well. If you'd like to explore any of them, just let me know. Some have a one-off price, and some are included in a monthly plan, as shown.
The plan columns show what each extra costs a month on that plan. A dash means no monthly charge. Monthly extras need a plan, because I host the site. Prices are for the work I do. Where another company's tool is involved, such as a booking system or email provider, any charge from them is separate and I'll tell you before you decide.
I'm Sean, a freelance, one-man band building websites and providing digital solutions for a handful of small, local businesses. Selling isn't my strong point, so I figured the best way to sell my service is to show you the actual finished product — which I hope you like.
If you don't want to buy your site, all I ask is that you take 10 seconds to give me your honest reason why in the section below.
A one-off payment of $495 for the website: finished, with your edits made, and live on your current web address. The monthly plans are optional and start at $59 a month.
No — $495 is it. Simple. Monthly plans are optional.
If you only take the website, you'll still need to cover your existing hosting service (if you have one) and your domain registration (usually once a year). If you take any plan, hosting is included in my fees.
No. You can add one at any time, or never. Without a plan, your new site goes onto your current hosting and it's yours to run.
Yes, it's built for it. Every site comes with basic SEO: clear pages for each service, your business details in the format Google reads, and a sitemap submitted to Google. Essentials keeps that in order. Complete takes it further, tuning your pages to the searches that bring in work around town and looking after your Google listing, which matters most for "near me" searches.
What I won't do is promise you the top spot. Nobody can honestly guarantee that.
Your site is built with clean, modern code, and your business details (name, address, hours, services) are labelled in a standard format. That means AI assistants and Google's AI answers can read your business properly when someone asks them for a mechanic nearby.
It also means that if you want to use AI tools to help update or manage your site in future, they can work with it easily.
Often within 48 hours of getting your edits. Once your web address is switched over, the change can take up to 48 hours to reach every network around the world, though it's usually much quicker.
Give one month's notice, any time, no reason needed. You get all your files and data, and I'll help move the site to your own hosting. It keeps running until it's moved.
If you paid yearly and change your mind within the first 30 days, you'll get your money back, less one standard month's fee. After that, your plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for.
Yes, from day one. The site, the design, the words, the photos and the data are all yours. On any plan, you also get a download backup of your whole site every month to keep wherever you like, and I'll hand over anything else you need, whenever you ask.
I built your site from the information I could find publicly, so there may be things I couldn't know, like a new service or a change to your hours. Send me anything you'd like changed and I'll make the edits before it goes live.
It's the box that shows up when someone searches your name, and your pin on Google Maps. It's free, and for many customers it's the first and only thing they see. Most shops already have one, often set up years ago and rarely looked at since.
With the Complete plan, I check yours every month and keep your hours, photos and details up to date. New reviews are pulled onto your website automatically too, with your star rating and count always current, and you get an instant alert with a drafted reply ready to send whenever one comes in — so the people searching for you always see your shop at its best, and you're never the last to know about a review.
If you don't already have an email address on your own domain, I can set one up — an address like you@yourshop.com, run by Google or Microsoft, the same service millions of businesses use. I connect it to your web address and get it working on your phone and computer, and I can forward your old address across so nothing gets missed.
If you already have one, I'll make sure it keeps working exactly as it does now when your site moves across.
The set-up is a one-off $49. Google or Microsoft (or whoever already runs your mailbox) bill the mailbox itself separately — that's between you and them, not part of my fee.
Of course. The files are yours, and I'll hand them over to whoever you like.
That's fine. Talk it over with them, and check what's left on your arrangement. If you'd still like to switch, I'll handle the whole move for you. Nothing changes until you say so.
Pick up to three. It genuinely helps me, and you won't get any follow-up calls or emails from me afterwards.
Get in touch however suits you. You'll get me, not a sales team.
